THE Chair of Carmarthenshire County Council has organised an Evening of Entertainment to raise money for her chosen charities.
Cllr Siân Thomas’s charities are specialist equipment for Glanaman Hospital, the dedicated home for sufferers of dementia based in the Aman Valley, and the Gwendraeth Valley Diabetic Association.
The Evening of Entertainment will be held at the Thomas Arms, Llanelli, on Thursday April 18 at 7pm.
There will be Celtic music, a chicken and chips supper, an auction including a historic print of the county, famous names rugby ball signed by players of the 70’s including Mike Burton, John Dawes, Gareth Edwards, Barry John, JPR, Willie John McBride, Derek Quinnell, Clive Rowlands, John Taylor, JJ Williams, and more, a bottle of House of Commons Whisky signed by the MP of your choice, and raffles of quality.
