Defend the Community Health Council (CHC) against the threat of legal action!

I’m sure you’ve heard the news, ORS the company that conducted the consultation for the local health board has threatened the Chair Tony Wales and Vice Chair Dr Gabrielle Heathcote of Hywel Dda CHC with legal action.
Nia Griffith MP and Keith Davies AM believe that the CHC has an important role to play in representing the views of patients across our local area. As you will know, the Minister for Health has given the CHC and LHB more time to reach a local resolution. But the threat of legal action against two volunteers who have done nothing more than represent the CHC to the best of their ability has the potential to undermine those discussions.
We want you to support our call! It’s time to tell ORS to stop their threat of legal action.
