As the Scarlets gear up for a tantalising new season of RaboDirect PRO12, Heineken Cup and LV= Cup action the off-field team are busy preparing for a Super Season-Starter week in the run up to the opening pre-season friendly on Saturday 17th August.
Scarlets’ Super Season-Starter week will begin in earnest on Saturday 10th August with the official opening of the hotly-anticipated new venture in Llanelli town centre.
The Red Room Bar & Kitchen and Scarlets store, located at the new Eastgate development in Llanelli, will open its doors to the public this August ahead of the new 2013-14 season.
The launch of the region’s newest venture will kick-start a busy week for the West Wales outfit which will also see the launch of the 2013-14 home and away playing kit on Tuesday 13th August, as well as the first pre-season friendly at the Parc against Exeter Chiefs on Saturday 17th August.
The Red Room Bar & Kitchen intends to encourage a more relaxed form of eating with the decor paying respect to Llanelli’s industrial roots.
Scarlets Season Members will get a first look at the new Bar and Shop on Saturday 10th August as a thank you for their continued support.
Following on from the town centre launch the Delme Thomas Centre will be a hive of activity on Tuesday 13th August for the 2013-14 Kit Launch.
The highlight of the evening will be a Fashion Show by Scarlets’ very own playing stars as they swap their rugby boots for one night only as they take to the catwalk to model the new playing kit as well as the innovative and stylish leisure range.
Scarlets’ Super Season-Starter week will draw to an energetic close on Saturday 17th August as the region welcomes the return of Exeter Chiefs to the Parc for the first of three pre-season friendlies.
