Job Description:-
Candidates must be NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualified, and some additional training will be provided. Proficiency in eyebrow shaping and lash/brow tinting is very important as the treatments performed are on the face only. The successful candidate will be the one who is well presented at all times, very organised and confident with their skill. They will also be confident communicating with customers and approaching passing customers to promote the benefits of the services, as up-selling is an important element of this role.
Pay package includes commission and bonus structures, and additional benefits include free treatments and staff discount in the department store. Company benefits for exceptional team members can include paid travel, hotel stays, free courses and pay rises.
