Local rock band, A Sudden Disturbance (or ASD for short) has shot a Music Video for their new single called ‘New Beginning’ at our office last week and is releasing it on Halloween.

We spoke to guitarist Keith Evans, who wrote the song, who said ‘We have had numerous band members come and go over the years, and we finally felt ready to put the old songs to bed and move on with a new strong line up.’

We recently lost our bassist a few weeks back but managed to get a new one contact us straight away, and has learned 90% of our songs already. The identity of him will be revealed on the release of the single. We chose to include him in the video as the song is all about a new start.’

We were always told that it would never work and I wanted to prove people wrong by writing it as a f*ck you song to those whoever gave us the chance.’

With our new line up we are what I think, the most spiritual band in Wales as we all have a keen interest and are practicing wiccans or spiritualists. We all attend spiritual development classes and have had many ghostly experiences to the extent that if the walls started bleeding, we wouldn’t bat an eyelid.’

While in the building filming the video we all felt a presence, so we decided that on Halloween (or Samhain that we know it as), as well as our single release we will stay overnight in the Llanellitown.com office as it is the night where the line between this world and the afterlife is at its thinnest.’
