The National Botanic Garden’s Christmas Craft Fair promises to be a real cracker. It takes place in the stunning surrounds of the Great Glasshouse on 7 and 8 December and is brimming with brilliant, locally-made craft.

From Welsh wool knitwear, handcrafted jewellery, glass and driftwood gifts to lovespoons, teddy bears, fairy wands, slate, cushions from vintage Welsh blankets and much more there’s something for everyone.

Perfect for that difficult-to-buy-for relative or friend, the Christmas Craft Fair is open from 10am-4.30pm on both days.

Craft fair organiser Dawn Crisp said: “We have a marvellous mix of traditional and modern stalls offering plenty of choice for people of all ages. So, come along, enjoy a walk around the stunning Great Glasshouse and get your gifts. Why not bring the children to see the Santa show ‘The Lost Trousers!’ and make a real festive family fun day of it.”

All visitors to the Craft Fair in the Great Glasshouse will receive a free Christmas drink.

Normal Garden admission applies. Tickets for the Santa show in the Garden’s Theatr Botanica are £3 per seat and will take place at 11am, 12noon, 2pm & 3pm.
