A FLOOD alert has been issued by the Environment Agency Wales for the Carmarthenshire coast.
Flooding is possible for the Carmarthenshire coast between Pendine and Hendy and may occur from 5pm onwards. Low lying land and roads will be affected first.
High tides are predicted over the next high water between 5.30pm and 8pm. Winds are forecast to be force eight from a west south west direction.
