A young child has been taken to Morriston Hospital this afternoon following a collision with a vehicle on Heol Trimsaran, Trimsaran.
The collision was reported to police at 11.50am Thursday 9th January.
A road closure is currently in place.
The child involved in the collision in Heol Trimsaran is a three year old girl. Her condition in Morriston Hospital is said to be critical.
Anyone who was in the area at the relevant time and who has information which could help police in this inquiry is asked to please contact police on 101.
