The National Botanic Garden of Wales has been awarded Blue Peter Badge Attraction status.
This honour means that the Garden joins the ranks of attractions who have won this award and entitles all badge-holders to free entry.
Head of marketing at the Garden, David Hardy said: “The Blue Peter Badge has been iconic for generations so it is a great honour to have been welcomed aboard. We hope that we can help to inspire the spirit of exploration and creativity that this TV programme has done for more than half a century.”
A Blue Peter badge is a special award given to people who appear on the CBBC show or in recognition of achievement. Applicants must be 6 to 15 years old.
