Oriel Myrddin Gallery, Church Lane, Carmarthen SA31 1LH.
10am – 5pm, Mon – Sat. Bryn Ogwr is the name of the house in Cwm Ogwr (Ogmore Vale) where Jacqueline Poncelet and Anthony Stokes now live and work. The two separate bodies of recent work in this exhibition were made at Bryn Ogwr; the paintings (Jacqueline Poncelet) and the photographs (Anthony Stokes) respond directly to the surrounding land and townscape. Although there are differences in the medium and methods used to make these works, there are also surprising visual relationships and complementary formal arrangements.
