A poem about school and the daily struggles a boy faces with Dyspraxia;-
SCHOOL
I’m not the brightest in the class,
There are exams I might not pass.
But I know I am not a fool,
Though I seem a dunce when I’m in school.
My brain works in a different way,
It doesn’t mean that I can’t play
At rugby, or appear on stage,
It’s just I’m different for my age.
With help I’ll do my very best,
To be as good as all the rest.
My teachers help me to believe,
In things I hope I can achieve.
