At approx 17:47 on Tuesday April 8 an assault was reported in Llys yr Orsaf, Llanelli, where a 26 year old man had sustained a serious arm laceration.
Officers attended immediately and the man was taken to Morriston hospital. Enquiries and searches were immediately commenced and containment put in place where necessary. A short time later a 20 year old man was arrested a short distance away in Glanmor Road, and an 18 year old man was arrested in Llys yr Orsaf – both were arrested on suspicion of assault.
Both these men also required hospital treatment. Enquiries are ongoing, and police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them in Llanelli police station on 101.
