Please, join us at Dafen Pond to meet with the photographer from the Llanelli Star to show our disgust at the recent, senseless killing of the young swan.
As most of you are aware, a young swan was found killed at Dafen pond on Tuesday. At first the police and RSPCA were not much interested and we at the Official Wildlife Watch were so upset we informed the public using Social Media. The response was fantastic as you all showed your disgust at the killing and the lack of help we received.
The police have since decided that it is a wildlife crime and are increasing the police presence in the area. The Llanelli Star are now interested in publishing the story so we need your help again. Please, if you are able, join us at Dafen pond at 1pm to be in the photo to show your support for our wildlife and show the ‘killer of the swan’ that we are watching out for him/her.
