This workshop provides progression from the How to tender: an introduction workshop and will improve your tendering abilities by looking at the various additional elements, such as effective methodology statements, community benefits, corporate social responsibility, project and contract management.
The workshop will assist delegates who wish to increase the level of understanding and improve the skills required to put together their best possible tender bid.
The workshop also covers how to collaborate effectively when tendering for contracts.
Delegates will be provided with a workbook containing further useful information, links and resources.
