Another beautiful day forecast for our lovely walk at Troserch Woods (easy walk) tomorrow 24th June.
I trialled the walk yesterday. There are a few things to consider:
There are 3 kissing gates to negotiate; there are 3 bridges; there is a rough field that had cattle in on our return; exposed roots & rocks.
As a result, it is not appropriate for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Surprisingly, there were still parts that were wet!
Also, there was an abundance of insects. Bring repellent! Saw lots of foxgloves, one of which was taller than me. All in all, a lovely, varied walk that is not too challenging but very rewarding.
Length : 2-3 miles. Time : 1.5 – 2 hours.
