Police can confirm that the male recovered from Delta Lakes Llanelli on Monday 7th July has been formally identified as 25 year old Richard Thomas Chandler from Kettering, Northants.
Richard’s family would like to pay tribute to him:
“He was a loving son, brother, grandson, father and partner. He was loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed. We as a family would like to thank everyone for their kind support during this sad time.”
They would now appreciate being left to grieve in peace.
