Would you like to own a genuine piece of Welsh-made hand-crafted treasure? Then beat a path to the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthenshire on Saturday and Sunday August 2-3 for the Summer Craft Fair.

In the stunning surrounds of the Great Glasshouse, you’ll find a rich variety of stalls offering a captivating range of Welsh-made hand-crafted treasures providing an ideal opportunity for visitors to buy gifts for any occasion. From beautiful jewellery, ceramics and cupcakes to bird tables, welsh wool cushions, heavenly-scented hand-made soaps and more. You’ll also get to see, and smell, the mediterranean plants of the Great Glasshouse in their summer glory.

Event organiser, Linsey Perry said: “It’s wonderful to welcome local artisans to the Garden and allow them to show their products in the stunning backdrop of the Great Glasshouse”. She added: “Summer is one of the the best times to come and visit our beautiful Garden. There’s so much to enjoy – dreamy lakeside walks, Tropical House, our fascinating Victorian pharmacy, busy bee hives, restored Double Walled Garden, nature reserve and lots more”.

Also worth noting is that anyone buying a ticket to the Garden between now the end of September will be able to re-visit FREE of charge for seven days after their visit – and as many times as they like, a perfect opportunity to come back and enjoy many of the other events that we have lined up for visitors!

The Botanic Garden is open from 10am until 6pm (last entry 5pm). For more information on all events see www.gardenofwales.org.uk, call 01558 667149 or email info@gardenofwales.org.uk
