Procurement specialists from the Defence Suppliers’ Service will be presenting you with what advice and guidance is available. The session will include:
- some of the initiatives the MOD have put in place to encourage Small and Medium Enterprises to engage with and bid for work
- an overview of the procurement process the MOD uses to procure a wide variety of products and services
- details on how and where companies can access MOD tender and contract opportunities on-line and free of charge
- details about the role of the Defence Suppliers’ Service and how it can provide guidance to companies wishing to sell to MOD
- how UK Small and Medium Enterprises can access a wide range of advice, information and support for defence and security exports
This event will also give an insight into other European and global opportunities relating to defence and security and Hayley Vincent from Business Wales will be giving a presentation on the support available within International Trade
