A Beginner's Guide to the Hulkbuster

With the new Age of Ultron trailer being released and speculation running high about the showdown between Iron-Man and the Hulk we thought we’d give you a brief guide to the Hulkbuster.

 

As most people know, the Hulkbuster was first revealed in Seeing Red. Were it was used to break into the Project Pegasus Facility to upload a virus and deal with the second Crimson Dynamo. It was also used again in Uncontrollable when the Hulkbuster went up against a rampaging Hulk, Hence the name.

Hulkbuster’s Capabilities:

Superhuman Strength: Designed to battle the Crimson Dynamo, and even The Hulk.

Enhanced Durability: Able to withstand the uses of lasers, missiles, anti-aircraft weapons and even maintain minimal damage from The Hulk.

Flight: Equipped with jet thrusters in the boots, jetpack in the back and is also able to hover.

Repulsor Gauntlets: Enables Repulsors, Energy Absorption, Secondary Repulsion.

Force Field: Strongest of any of Iron-Man’s armours.

Unibeam: Was able to destroy Crimson Dynamo at point-blank range, Rocket Launchers in the waist.

Gatling Guns: Also equipped with Shoulder Mounted Laser Blasters.
