Most of the seventy billion animals that humans rear and slaughter spend their lives in factory farms. As you know, this comes at a cost: to the animals, to our health and to the planet. But there’s a simple, positive solution which allows us to eat well and reduce our footprint – cutting down on meat. So take on the challenge and sign up to Meat Free Week!

Get yourself a great team name… the Mighty Moos, Factory Farm Fighters, [insert your own amusing team name here] and share your Meat Free Week fundraising page to shout about why this is so important.
And don’t forget to show off your Meat Free food and fundraising using the hashtags #getyourvegout and #meatfreeweek on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Aim high and your sponsors will donate big!
