A new weekly parking ‘passport’ permit has been introduced in Pembrokeshire.

The £20 permit is designed to give motorists the flexibility to use up to 16 of the County Council’s long-stay car parks.

Drivers can apply for a permit for a week of their choice – or a number of weeks.

“The aim is to give anyone travelling extensively around Pembrokeshire over the period of a week or more the freedom to use a wide variety of our long-stay carparks for a fee,” said Cllr Rob Lewis, Cabinet Member for Transportation.

The passport can be used at:

  • Marine Road – Broad Haven
  • Dale
  • Parc Y Shwt – Fishguard
  • West Street – Fishguard
  • Parrog – Goodwick
  • Castle Lake – Haverfordwest
  • Multi Storey – Haverfordwest
  • Scotchwell – Haverfordwest
  • Townsmoor – Narberth
  • Newgale
  • Long Street – Newport
  • The Common – Pembroke
  • Multi Storey – Tenby
  • Salterns – Tenby
  • The Green – Tenby
  • North Beach – Tenby
  • South Beach – Tenby

Anyone interested in buying a passport permit needs to complete an application form available from Pembrokeshire County Council.
