I am looking forward to participating in the West Wales Chronicle election debate on the 30th April as the Trade Unionist & Socialist Coalition (TUSC) continues to alter our moniker of ‘the largest party you’ve never heard of’!
Our first ever national election broadcast went out recently and I am relishing this opportunity to raise our profile locally and put forward to the people of Llanelli a 100% anti-austerity programme, bread and butter socialist ideas and a real radical alternative.
I am prepared to face any questions and take on the other parties as TUSC has nothing to hide and laying out our ideas in front of ordinary people is in keeping with our aim of building TUSC into a mass organisation rooted in our communities and working class organisations.
If elected I would regularly be available to my constituents in this manner and would only take the average age of workers in Llanelli to ensure that I remain a working class fighter and trade unionist and don’t become another careerist politician.
