The future of community learning for adults is to be discussed at a series of meetings across the County next month.
Following a reduction in grants from the Welsh Government, Pembrokeshire County Council is having to make changes to the way adult education is delivered.
It plans to meet these cutbacks by reducing overheads and management costs and considering the future use of community learning centres.
Before any decisions are made the Council would like to hear the public’s views.
It has arranged a series of meetings across the County enabling people to have a say on what they consider to be the best way to deliver Adult and Community Learning in the future.
Meetings will be held at:
Haverfordwest Community Learning Centre on Tuesday 9th June 10:00am to 11:30am.
Pembroke Dock Community Learning Centre on Tuesday 9th June 1:30pm to 3:00pm.
Tenby Community Learning Centre on Wednesday 10th June 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
Narberth Bloomfield Centre on Thursday 18th June 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
Fishguard Community Learning Centre on Monday 22nd June 1:30pm to 3:00pm.
Crymych Preseli Community Learning Centre on Tuesday 23rd June 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
