Reaching out for new opportunities across Pembrokeshire

Adult learners from across the county will be attending a special  learning event next week.

Reaching Higher, Going Further, will showcase the opportunities available for them to progress in education, training, volunteering or through self employment.

Organised by the Pembrokeshire Learning network, it will feature presentations from a range of education bodies working in the county.

They include Learning Pembrokeshire, (Pembrokeshire County Council’s adult learning service) Pembrokeshire College, Trinity St David’s University, the Open University, the Springboard Project and Launch.

Representatives from PAVS (Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services), PBI. Pembrokeshire Lottery and Communities First will also be in attendance.

The event, which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund, will be held on Monday June 15th at Pater Hall Pembroke Dock from 10am to 2.30pm.
