Vintage Falls Festival In Pembrey Country Park

Three days of vintage family fun is heading to Pembrey Country Park as the popular themed festival returns.

Attracting crowds of up to 15,000 last year, the Vintage Falls Festival this weekend promises to be fun packed.

From live Rock ‘n’ Roll bands, a classic motor display, street food, vintage traders, a dog show, outdoor gym, pony rides to a vintage beauty parlour and gentleman’s hub, the event has something for everyone.

A full programme of quirky fun for all ages includes the vintage pram walks – a firm favourite last year, along with a Mr and Mrs Vintage competition for the best dressed, a licensed bar in the much loved tipi, an outdoor memorabilia museum, steam engines and a penny farthing.

Children will be entertained with a vintage fair, bouncy castle, creative hub and face painting alongside the park’s other attractions. A variety of young talent from local clubs will showcase its talent with displays and performances.

Camping enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with designated areas specialising in family camping, vintage camper vans and motor homes as well as boutique camping and glamping.

The event supports the Hannah Meredith Foundation which aims to improve lives through support and education.

Organiser Lisa Moore said: “This festival promises to have even more vintage, curious, quirky and even steam punk traders this year. It is a fun packed weekend, so come along and join in the fun!”

The event will kick off with a Rock ‘n’ Roll band from 5pm on the Friday, July 10.
