With everything from reiki to reflexology, and crystals to tarot, The Natural Living Expo is a one-stop shop for a healthy and holistic life.
The event returns to the National Botanic Garden of Wales on Saturday and Sunday August 8-9 boasting a real A-to-Z of complementary therapies.
Organiser Sarah Clark says: “We are very excited about coming back to the Garden; last year’s event was such a success.
“We will be offering a wide range of holistic therapies, such as reflexology, massage, reiki, the Bowen Technique and Emmett, plus lots more. There will be jewellery with Moksha and beautiful crystals with Celtic Quiet, Attic healing teas, Neal’s Yard, Herbal Life and Forever Living products.”
The weekend will feature a series of demonstrations and displays by a host of therapists, and there will be a full two-day timetable of talks and presentations.
Sarah added: “We also have Alex Belojica with his runes and Anna Lee demonstrating palmistry. To complete an amazing weekend we will be presenting FREE talks and workshops throughout.”
Co-organiser Jaynie Sayers says: “So why not come and learn about something new, enjoy a relaxing therapy and support The Old Mill Cancer Foundation at the same time? We are looking forward to seeing you all for a great weekend.”
