It hasn’t been the best of summer so far has it? I suppose this is to be expected being in the UK. Can’t take a risk walking to the offy for a can of coke in Llanelli can you? If it’s overcast always wear a coat/hooded jacket as you never know when the rain might set it! I can only advise on predicted weather as Wales definately is unpredictable with forecasts. If it’s sunny you can only expect winds to come with it, free exfoliation treatments at the beach!

  • Tuesday – Been an overcast and gloomy morning with a few speckles of rain. We’re going to stay on 16 degrees until 2000 but the sun should come out from 1700 onwards. rain unfortunately to set in over night and continue till the morning.
  • Wednesday – Overcast and light rain from early morning up until 1100 where we will have a whole hour free from it! Unfortunately will continue on from 1200 all day and night however temperatures increased to 17 degrees from 1100 onwards and there will be some sunny spells from 1700 to 2000 so maybe we can get some rainbow photos? Send in pictures to keep us all smiling!
  • Thursday – This is a much more promising day and will continue for the weekend! a dry but overcast morning at 16 degrees going up to 17 degrees by 1300 and between 1600 and 1900 we are expecting 19 degrees of pure sunshine! It will drop to 14 degrees however by 2200 but a dry night for us!
  • Friday – The dry night won’t last too long as rain is to set in again at 0700 but with the sun out till 1000 at 15 degrees lets hope its not too wet on the grounds. By 1300 the rain will have stopped and the sun will be beaming with 17 degrees up until 1600. The temperature will remain at 17 degrees but the clouds will be coming in from 1600 to 1900. By 2200 temperatures will be dropped to 14 degrees but another dry night.
  • Saturday – sun!! From 0700 till 1300 we will have a sunny morning. Starting off at 13 degrees and flicking from 16 degrees to 17 degrees from 1000 to 1600 I would make plans for the morning/early afternoon. Beaches are much quieter in the morning. from 1300 to 1900 we will stay at 17 degrees however by 1600 the clouds will be coming in leaving us with 16 degrees for another dry night.

Plans for the weekend? Well i’ll probably be at the beach reading “the secret” and checking out fantastic four in the cinemas. If you haven’t already seen ant-man i would definitely make time for it. Next thursday 13th august pop down and meet some of us on LGBT market stall. Llanelli doesn’t provide much support for LGBT so we’re attempting to change this. Come along and help us broaden knowledge, community or just for a chat. this is for the preparation of Cardiff Pride on Saturday 15th August which some of us will be attending and writing about.
