At approximately 2.35pm on Tuesday the 25th of August 2015 a road traffic collision occurred on the B4459 between Pencader and Windy Corner, Carmarthenshire.
A Honda Civic and a Citroen Picasso were in collision and sadly the sole occupant of the Honda Civic, a 38 year old male from Alltwalis, sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision.
The driver of the Citroen Picasso was conveyed by Ambulance to Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen following the collision and his condition is not believed to be serious.
Two other occupants in the Citroen Picasso did not sustain any injuries as a result of the collision.
Next of kin have been informed.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit at Carmarthen Police station on 101.”
