Work to clean up Llanreath Beach near Pembroke Dock has now been completed, following the discovery of crude oil along the shoreline yesterday.
It follows the completion of clean-up work at Fort Road beach, where crude oil was also found.
All contaminated seaweed and materials have been removed from both sites, and any globules of oil on the beach and rocks cleaned up.
The waste is being stored in sealed skips until waste collection and disposal is organised.
There remains a very small amount of sheen on some water surface, which will be quickly broken down by wave action on the next high tide.
