Old Road schoolchildren have been enjoying wheelie smooth treats for their breakfast.
The Llanelli pupils invited Carmarthenshire County Council’s catering service to go along with their wheelie smooth bikes.
The children took turns to pedal the bikes to make healthy smoothies at their school breakfasts.
They are part of the catering service’s aims to make food fun and healthy for children at the 99breakfast facilities in schools across the county.
Education executive board member Cllr Gareth Jones said: “The importance of eating breakfast cannot be underestimated, and the wheelie smooth bikes are part of how our catering service makes it not only fun and enjoyable, but also healthy, for children in schools across our county.”
