A planning inspector has dismissed an appeal against a decision by Pembrokeshire County Council to refuse planning permission for a barn near Wolfscastle.
The appeal was lodged by Martin Clark who wanted to build a modern style steel-framed barn at the holding known as Windy Willows.
Upholding the Council’s decision to refuse the application, the Inspector, Clive Nield, ruled the barn would be “detrimental” to the character and appearance of the area.
He added that it would also be “unacceptably harmful” to the visual amenity of the local landscape.
