Parents of young children are being reminded that they will need to apply in writing if they would like their child to start nursery school in Pembrokeshire after they reach the age of three.
If your child was born between 1st September 2013 and 31st August 2014, he or she will be eligible to start nursery school during 2017.
Written applications must be made for all school places – even if you live within a school’s catchment area or if your child has brothers or sisters already at the school.
The deadline for applications is 31st January 2016.
Application forms are available from schools, or you can download them from Pembrokeshire County Council’s website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk (click on Children and Schools/ Admissions).
Completed forms can be returned by post to: Admissions Officer, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP.
Or, if they wish, parents can scan their completed forms and email them to the Admissions Officer at admissions@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
