There’s a treat in store for mam on Sunday March 6 with FREE entry to a special ‘pamper day’ at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
An impressive line-up of therapists, beauticians, make-up experts and well-being practitioners will be offering a tempting range of tasters including facials and foot spas, skin care advice, manicures, pedicures, feng shui, and allergy testing – and all free of charge.
Every mum is also promised a mini cupcake as part of their Mothers’ Day visit, and there’ll be plenty of opportunity to shop until their hearts content with a choice of handbags, scarves and jewellery to name just a few.
Organiser Linsey Perry said: “As well as free entry on the day to this beautiful garden, mums are in for a real treat with all sorts of people offering all kinds of goodies including free mini cupcakes! We also have the lovely ladies of Cor Curiad Choir back in the Garden for this event as well as The Honey Bees and Affinity Choir. In addition, our heavenly harpist Shelley Fairplay and our favourite folk duo Fiddlebox will be making sure the day goes with a swing.”
Linsey added: “Why not treat mam or mam-gu to a great day out including lunch in our award-winning Seasons restaurant – it’s going to be a fabulous day and, let’s face it, it’s the least you can do!”
* The National Botanic Garden is open from 10am until 4.30pm, with last entry at 3.30pm.Admission to the Garden is £9.75 (including Gift Aid donation) but FREE to mums on Sunday March 6.
