Walk 1: Lower Swiss Valley – Saturday 12th March – 10am.

Meet at Mill Wheel Memorial, Felinfoel. Coordinates for google maps for directions 51.69988, -4.14433

We will walk a complete loop around the lower Swiss Valley reservoir. This walk, unfortunately, is not recommended for the disabled or prams as you do need to be very sure footed to walk this course. Walking boots or sturdy shoes are highly recommended as some parts of the walk can be very muddy, uneven and slippery! Any children must be well looked after by a responsible adult. It is a lovely refreshing walk with beautiful scenery all around.

Walk 2: Coedbach Park, Pontarddulais – Tuesday 15th March – 10am.

Meet at Coedbach Park car park. Coordinates for google maps for directions 51.709156, -4.038620

This is a beautiful walk through mature woodland, marsh & grassland. Surveys have identified 47 different species of trees, 31 species of birds and 79 different invertebrates!

We will detour to Llandeilo TalyBont cemetery whilst walking at a leisurely pace allowing you time to take in the lovely scenery and to look out for wildlife.

Our next Dafen Pond litter pick will be on Monday 7th March at 10am, everyone is welcome to come along to help. Please bring gloves.

Next Coffee morning will be on 14th March at 10 am – 12.30pm
CETMA, Units 1 to 4 Enterprise Workshops, 100 Trostre Rd, Llanelli, SA15 2EA .
Come and join us for coffee/tea and a chat. We look forward to seeing you.
