West Wales based Social Enterprise CETMA is proud to announce that it is opening Llanelli’s first LGBT drop in service.
The service will be provided as part of the organisation’s Awards for All Wales funded Llanelli LGBT Support.
Project Manager Keith Evans said:
“People will be able to pop in and chat about their problems in a safe and friendly environment. There’s a lot of pressure to deal with when you come out, so we’ll be on hand to listen to you.”
“You’ll also be able to report any instances of hate crime as we’ll have representatives of Dyfed Powys Police attending.”
The drop in service will run on the first Friday of every month from 10.30 till 12.30 and the Second Friday of the month from 6pm.
“I just wish that we had a service like this when I came out about 10 years ago as I would have liked to have had the opportunity to talk to someone about what I was going through.”
The drop in service will is being held in CETMA, Units 1 to 4 Enterprise Workshops, 100 Trostre Rd, Llanelli, SA15 2EA.
