The SSE SWALEC Finals Day takes place on Sunday 1 May as part of the biggest weekend for domestic rugby union to be held in Wales. With a record crowd set to descend on Principality Stadium as the four professional regions battle it out on Judgement Day on Saturday 29 April, six Welsh clubs will have their day in the sun the following day in the SSE SWALEC Cup, Plate and Bowl finals. Tickets for SSE SWALEC Finals Day are just £10 for adults and £5 for Under 16s for what is always a day of pulsating rugby action on the field and a fantastic celebration of grassroots rugby off it. CLICK HERE for SSE SWALEC Finals Day tickets.

Bedlinog were the first club to book their place in the Finals Day line-up as they beat Cwmllynfell 38-10 on Saturday in the first SSE SWALEC Plate semi-final, but the remaining Cup, Plate and Bowl semi-finals take place this weekend.

2010 SWALEC Cup winners Llandovery bagged the final place in the semi-finals by beating Ebbw Vale 16-8 at Eugene Cross Park, and will attempt to stop Pontypridd reaching a sixth consecutive final at Swansea RFC this Saturday, while Cross Keys play Carmarthen Quins at Aberavon, both games at 2.30pm.

In the SSE SWALEC Plate semi-finals, Penallta, who were the first to make it to the last four courtesy of a 16-3 win over Ammanford last month, play Skewen, who saw off Ystrad Rhondda 22-16 on Saturday. That game takes place at Llanharan, with Bedlinog lying in wait for the winners.

The SSE SWALEC Bowl semi-finals sees Burry Port face Aberdare at Maesteg, and Cambrian Welfare play Taffs Well at Risca for a chance for players, coaches and supporters to sample all that a day out at Principality Stadium has to offer.

All remaining SSE SWALEC semi-finals take place Saturday 16 April, 2.30pm. Tickets available on the gate, SSE SWALEC Cup semi-finals: £10 adults, £5 for under 16s; SSE SWALEC Plate and Bowl: £5 adults, £2 Under 16s
