Pembrokeshire County Council Chairman, Wynne Evans, is pictured presenting a cheque for £300 to the Fire Fighters Charity at Tenby fire station.
It is the fifth and final donation made by Councillor Evans to charities from the £1,702.45 he raised by taking part in the sponsored fancy dress swims at Tenby and Saundersfoot over the Christmas and New Year holiday.
The other beneficiaries have been: Tenby RNLI; the British Heart Foundation; Wales Air Ambulance and the Pembrokeshire HOPE MS Centre at Honeyborough, Neyland.
Councillor Evans – whose year of office concludes shortly – is pictured with Station Officer Chris Lawrence, the local coordinator for the Fire Fighters charity, together with Tenby Mayor, Councillor Paul Rapi and Tenby-based firefighters.
