Wales Wildlife Watch have 2 upcoming walks that you are welcome to join.

Walk 1: Machynys Coastal Walk – Saturday 21st May – 10am.

Meet outside Lidl/Doctors Surgery, Morfa, Llanelli

On this walk, we’ll go for a bimble through an area of Llanelli that used to be heavily industrialised but now it’s predominantly used for leisure. We’ll cross the road and head for the little path that will take us between the Wetlands and the golf course, you can get a nice look at the Wetlands from a different viewpoint from here. The walk will be approx 3.5 miles long and could take up to a couple of hours.

After the walk you could pop into our CETMA office where there will be a Spiritual and Wellbeing event being held from 12-6.
Old Piano Factory, CETMA, Units 1 to 4 Enterprise Workshops, 100 Trostre Rd, Llanelli, SA15 2EA .

Walk 2: Llyn Llech Owain – Tuesday 24th May – 10am.

We will meet at the car park at 10am and have a leisurely walk around the beautiful park. The park has really good, solid footpaths and is suitable for most abilities and ages. We’ll finish off with a cuppa in their lovely café. Most of the park is wheelchair accessible and suitable for buggies too. We’d love you to join us. Please note that there is a charge for parking.

Our next Dafen Pond litter pick will be on Tuesday 31st May at 10am, everyone is welcome to come along to help. Please bring gloves.

Next Coffee morning will be on 13th June at 10 am.
CETMA, Units 1 to 4 Enterprise Workshops, 100 Trostre Rd, Llanelli, SA15 2EA .
Come and join us for coffee/tea and a chat. We look forward to seeing you.

Please let us know (if you can) if you will be joining any of our walks.
