A coffee morning organised by the Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Canolfan Bro Steffan in Cribyn on Monday 23 May raised £109.50 for sport equipment for the centre.

The cake and raffle sale was organised by the pupils at the centre, and residents from the local community were invited to attend and supported the event to make it a wonderful success.

Janette Reynolds, Assistant Head of the PRU said: “All the pupils showed great manners on the day and ensured that everyone from the community enjoyed themselves. A great morning was had by all.”

Ceredigion PRU offers a bespoke and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of the most vulnerable pupils within the Authority and is a highly valued service within education. These pupils have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, medical conditions, learning disabilities and mental health problems and are provided with personalized packages of support to overcome their barriers to learning.
