THE Bwcabus team is holding a number of surgeries for people to find out more about the award-winning service.
It will also be an opportunity for customers to have their say or make suggestions on how the service could be improved.
The local bus surgeries are being held in Aberaeron, Lampeter, Llandysul and Newcastle Emlyn during June and July.
Representatives from partner organisations will also be in attendance including Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion councils, Traws Cymru and Bus Users Cymru and information provided on various schemes such as concessionary travel cards and MyTravelPass for 16 to 18-year-olds.
Executive Board Member for Transport Cllr Hazel Evans said: “This is an ideal opportunity for people to come and learn more about Bwcabus and other local bus services as well as give their views on the services.
“We always welcome feedback and if there are any suggestions on how we can improve services then we will look at it, although we can’t make any promises.”
The surgeries are being held between 10am and 12pm on / at:
- Friday, June 24 – Alban Square, Aberaeron
- Wednesday, June 29 – near the NatWest bus stop, Lampeter
- Thursday, June 30 – New Road, Llandysul
- Friday, July 1 – College Street, Newcastle Emlyn
Bwcabus is available from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and journeys can be pre-booked allowing passengers in rural Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion to travel between local towns and villages or connect to the main line bus services. For further information please visit www.bwcabus.info
