Llanelli LGBT Support, a CETMA project is today united in grief and shock over the events at the Pulse Night Club in Orlando, Florida.
Keith Evans, a CETMA Project Manager said:
“It’s unbelievable what has happened and our thoughts are with the victim’s families.
“We’ve set a book of condolences which will be situated on our premises should anyone wish to sign it.”
“There is also an event page on Facebook where you can leave comments and we’ll write them in the book for you. Once we’ve closed the book, we plan to send it to the US Ambassador in London.”
The page link is https://www.facebook.com/events/251487621886882/ and people wishing to sign the book can call into CETMA from 10 till 4.30 pm every day apart from Saturday and Sunday till Monday.
On Monday, Llanelli LGBT is aiming to hold a small service or remembrance, anyone wishing to attend should contact the project on 01554 772056.
If you’re LGBT and needing someone to talk to, then please call the project who will arrange for you to speak to a volunteer.
The Llanelli LGBT Support Project aims to set up LGBT’s, give Llanelli LGBTs the ability to comment via all platforms, increase LGBT community participation and publicise Llanelli LGBT Support via attendance at events.
