It is Wales Wildflower Day on Sunday June 26th.
So, visit the National Botanic Garden and discover the joys of Welsh wildflowers in the company of experts and enthusiasts
· Enjoy guided tours of meadows and get to know their butterflies, bees and wildflowers
· Walk through an orchid-rich hay meadow just two minutes’ walk from our Seasons Restaurant
· See how the Garden is farming for wildlife on its Waun Las National Nature Reserve
· Taste the different flavours of Welsh wildflower in drinks and honeys
· Listen to musical compositions about Welsh wildflowers
· Meet some of Wales’ rarest wildflowers
· Find out how to grow wildflowers in your garden
· Learn how to identify a wildflower
· Be inspired by wildflower craft making demonstrations
The Garden is open from 10am to 6pm with last entry at 5pm.
Entry is FREE for Garden members and parking is FREE for all.
