Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a serious assault that occurred in a property in Morgan Street, Carmarthen last night. Police were called to the address at approximately 11.20pm on Monday June 27. The 47 year old male victim was conveyed to Glangwili hospital with serious injuries, and is in a critical condition.
One male has been arrested, and is currently in custody. Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with any information to contact them by calling 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555111. Increased reassurance patrols will be conducted in the area today.
