Silverware for Warriors

Cleddau Warriors football club celebrated the end of the 2015/16 season with a day out at Heatherton Leisure Park.

Following great fun at the activities, the club enjoyed a meal in the warm sunshine.

The presentations were made indoors at the bowling green when club chairman, Pete Surtees, presented the following trophies kindly donated by Valero:

Matthew Price Memorial Award: Josh George.

Player of the Year:

  • over 16 Champions League – Jack Surtees
  • over 16 Premiership – Jess Lisle
  • over 16 Championship – Brian Murrow.

Most Improved:

  • over 16 Champions League – Steven Sullivan
  • over 16 Premiership – Ryan Walters
  • over 16 Championship – Sion McKenzie.

Gifts were also presented to coaches Huw Bevan, Dilwyn Lewis, David Goddard, Jason Sullivan, Simon Hughes, Richard Bevan and Daniel Jones for all their help over the season.
