Job brief

We are looking for a results driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations.

 

Hours

Flexible hours available to suit.

 

Wage

15% Commission on each sale. You control how much you earn!

After 3 months probation you may be offered a full time or part time contract.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out new customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross sell products
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Contact prospect customers via cold calling & warm calling.
  • Prepare and send mass mail shots to clients

 

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as sales associate
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus

 

Training

The right candidate will be given full training on the products, and software that they will be required to use.
