VISITORS to this year’s Royal Welsh Agricultural Show can discover fun and adventure at Carmarthenshire’s marquee.

As this year’s host county, Carmarthenshire is planning a range of activities, entertainment, news and information throughout the event.

The county council will have a marquee on Avenue D, with something different to offer each day of the show.

Along with the launch of a different development each day, there will be an assortment of activities at the marquee.

They include toddle bikes; demonstrations; crazy golf; selfie frames; clog dancing; art and crafts; flower arranging;

Hi-tech attractions include robots from the Swansea Bay City Deal and VR headsets to experience developments in the county.

Visits by S4C children’s characters and Actif mascots will also take place, along with a one-man theatre show to promote the Year of Legends, portraying Lord Rhys who was the ruler of the kingdom of Deheubarth in South Wales from 1155 to 1197.

The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show will be held on July 24 – 27 at the showground in Llanelwedd. Along with livestock competitions, the show has something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink and a 12-hour programme each day of entertainment, attractions and displays.

Council Leader Cllr Emlyn Dole said: “The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show is a prestigious annual event which we are delighted to host this year.

“We’ll be celebrating and showcasing developments and services in Carmarthenshire including the Tywi Valley Cycle Path, the Year of Legends and many others.

“Come and visit us on Avenue D for entertainment, activities, news and information!”

Gan mai Sir Gaerfyrddin yw’r sir nawdd eleni, rydym yn trefnu ystod o weithgareddau, adloniant, newyddion a gwybodaeth drwy gydol y digwyddiad.

Bydd gan y cyngor sir babell fawr ar Rodfa D, a bydd rhywbeth gwahanol i’w gynnig ar bob diwrnod y sioe.

Ynghyd â lansio datblygiad gwahanol bob dydd, bydd amrywiaeth o weithgareddau’n cael eu cynnal yn y babell fawr.

Maent yn cynnwys Toddlebikes; arddangosfeydd; golff giamocs; fframiau hunlun; dawnsio clocsio; celf a chrefftau; trefnu blodau;

Mae atyniadau technolegol o’r math diweddaraf yn cynnwys robotiaid o’r Fargen Ddinesig Bae Abertawe a chlustffonau rhith wirionedd i gael profiad o’r datblygiadau yn y sir.

Ceir hefyd ymweliadau gan gymeriadau o raglenni i blant S4C a masgotiaid Actif, ynghyd â sioe theatr un-dyn a fydd yn portreadu’r Arglwydd Rhys a oedd yn rheoli dros deyrnas y Deheubarth yn Ne Cymru rhwng 1155 a 1197, er mwyn hyrwyddo’r Flwyddyn Chwedlau.    

Bydd Sioe Frenhinol Amaethyddol Cymru yn cael ei chynnal ar 24 – 27 Gorffennaf ym maes y sioe, Llanelwedd. Yn ogystal â’r cystadlaethau da byw, mae gan y sioe rywbeth at ddant pawb â’i hamrywiaeth eang o weithgareddau gan gynnwys coedwigaeth, garddwriaeth, crefftau, chwaraeon cefn gwlad, siopa, bwyd a diod a rhaglen 12 awr o adloniant, atyniadau ac arddangosiadau bob dydd.

Dywedodd y Cynghorydd Emlyn Dole, Arweinydd y Cyngor: “Mae Sioe Frenhinol Amaethyddol Cymru yn ddigwyddiad blynyddol mawreddog ac rydym wrth ein boddau o fod yn sir nawdd eleni.

“Byddwn yn dathlu ac yn arddangos datblygiadau a gwasanaethau Sir Gaerfyrddin gan gynnwys Llwybr Beicio Dyffryn Tywi, y Flwyddyn Chwedlau a llawer mwy.

“Dewch i ymweld â ni ar Rodfa D i gael adloniant, gweithgareddau, newyddion a gwybodaeth
