Tiny Rebel was named the inaugural winner of the ‘Regional Growth
Business’ category for Wales at last night’s Food & Drink
Federation Awards 2017. The ceremony, held at London’s The Brewery,
celebrated businesses and industry professionals from across the food
and drink supply chain. The category was sponsored by Grant Thornton
UK LLP.
Based in Newport, South Wales, Tiny Rebel is a family-run brewery
that celebrates Wales’ great independent brewing heritage. Shortly
after its official launch in February 2012 Tiny Rebel won Champion
Beer of Wales in both 2013 and 2014; and Champion Beer of Britain in
2015. In 2013 the first Tiny Rebel bar opened in Cardiff and a second
came along in Newport in 2015

also seen increased listing in national supermarket and pub chains in
the UK in recent years.
