HSBC helps Domino’s franchisee take another slice of the action

***JJE Enterprises to open fourth Domino’s store in West Wales
using finance facility from HSBC***

JJE Enterprises, a franchise business that currently operates three
Domino’s stores in West Wales, is set to open its fourth store in
Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, after securing a finance facility from
HSBC.

The new store is expected to create around 40 new jobs for the local
economy, adding to the 40 jobs already created this year by franchise
owner, Jonathan Evans, through an earlier Domino’s opening.

The funding from HSBC, which is made up of an enterprise finance
guarantee (EFG) loan and asset finance facility, has been used to
secure a 20-year lease on the premises at Parc Maes Yr Eithan Retail
Park as well as to fit-out the store.

Jonathan Evans, director and co-owner of JJE Enterprises, said:
“We’ve banked with HSBC for the last five years and in that time
the team has supported us with the three most recent Domino’s
openings. The bank has shown considerable franchise experience and the
team, led by Andrew Drummond, has always been on hand to explain the
often complicated franchising process. We are on course to open two
new stores next year with support from the bank and are already
discussing additional funding options in line with our ambitious
growth plans.”

JJE Enterprises was established in 2010 by Jonathan Evans and his
son, Josh Evans. Together they have opened outlets in Gorseinon,
Carmarthen and Ammanford, with the fourth due to open in Cross Hands
in November 2017.
