Register of Electors update

EVERY household in Carmarthenshire will soon be receiving a Household Enquiry Form to check who should be registered to vote.

Carmarthenshire County Council writes to all properties every year to update the Register of Electors.

It is important to provide the information requested because under Government rules you could be fined £1,000 for failing to do so.

The form holds information on those who are already registered in the household, but the householder is required to respond to the form, even if there are no changes.

Responding is quick and simple – you can either fill in the form and return using the freepost envelope or complete the form online by visiting www.hef-response.co.uk and using the 10 digit security code which will be on your form.
