Police Appeal: 75-Year-Old Hurt In Carmarthen Collision This Afternoon

 Dyfed-Powys Police is asking for the public’s help in finding a new shape Mercedes Sprinter Van (colour and registration unknown at this stage) that has been involved in a collision with a pedestrian in Carmarthen this afternoon.

The incident happened at around 2.35pm on the junction between Nash Avenue and Dolgwilli Road.

A 75-year-old man has suffered injuries but is in a stable condition.

The road has been closed between the two roundabouts and is likely to be closed for some time.

Anyone who saw the incident happen, or has information that could lead to officers tracing the driver of this van, is urged to call police immediately on 101 quoting reference 206 of today.
